WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 15, 2008
7:30-9:30
Roswell Adult Recreation Center
This is an event for all adults interested in joining a "Novel Exchange" for a night with other book lovers. Guest speaker will be Brad Cohen, author of Front of the Class: How Tourette Syndrome Made Me the Teacher I Never Had. Brad will share his story with the audience and sign books afterwords. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
This event will also raise funds for the Tourette Syndrome Association of Georgia as they are about to start a local overnight camp for kids with TS. This October there will be a Family Weekend with the Children's Adventure Camp taking place during the summer of 2009 at Camp Twin Lakes, about 1 hour East of Atlanta. There will be a charge of $18 for the event with all monies going to the TSA.
